How The Players Circle collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit our website, send us an enquiry or join one of our golf experiences.
This website, theplayerscircle.es, is operated by Niall Powell, trading as The Players Circle. We organise golf experiences in the Costa Blanca and Murcia region of Spain for PGA professionals, their clients and travelling groups.
The Players Circle is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any question about your data, you can contact us at npowelltpc@gmail.com.
Through our contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, handicap, whether you are a PGA professional or golfer, preferred dates, group size and any message you choose to send.
To organise your experience we may also collect the names of travellers, contact details, room and sharing preferences, flight details for airport transfers, and any information you choose to share with us, such as dietary or accessibility needs. If you share health related information (for example an allergy or mobility need), we only use it to make the right arrangements with our suppliers.
Only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to collect information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (country or city level) and whether you arrived via one of our adverts. Your IP address is not stored by Google Analytics.

Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or Standard Contractual Clauses.
